They can also trick you to click on fraudulent links in an email they send you. These emails are spam and should be deleted right away. The Passport Program guidelines are being updated as of April 1, 2022, to make it easier for people and their families/caregivers to understand what type of expenses are covered. Download the latest PDF version of the Passport guidelines for a full list of admissible expenses.
The updated guidelines clarify and extend the temporary guidelines until 2022/23. The list of activities eligible for reimbursement of transportation costs has also been expanded.

The end of the year is approaching. To support faster claims processing, we encourage you to submit your claims now rather than wait until year end. Typically, claims are processed within fifteen (15) business days. If you submit using eCLAIM or MDP, your claim will generally process faster, usually within five (5) business days.
