COVID-19 update

All DSOCWR offices are open and operational at this time. All service options are available including in person, online and by phone.

To help protect our clients, our employees, and the public, we are actively screening all visitors to ensure they are not presenting any symptoms, have not been in contact with a sick individual, and have not recently been advised to quarantine. Anyone answering yes to the screening questions will be offered online/telephone support. We also request where possible that all visitors wear masks when in DSOCWR offices.

Update your information

It is important to keep your area DSO up to date when there are any changes in your situation. For example, call us if you are planning to move or change your phone number. This helps us to make sure that we have your current contact information and to confirm that you wish to remain on the service registry.
