Information Management Practices at the DSO

Information from your application package will be entered into a service planning database. This system allows us to print reports when you want us to share them with a service provider or if you simply want a copy for yourself. The information can also be used by other Developmental Services Ontario agencies if you move to another region, or by the Ministry of Community and Social Services for planning future services and supports.
